Privacy Policy

Parlay Board is a tracker for sports bets you have already placed somewhere else. This page explains what the website and the iPhone app collect and what happens to it.
What we collect
- Tickets you enter. The legs, ticket name, and the wager and payout amounts if you add them. Without an account these stay on your device. If you sign in, they are stored on our servers so they appear on your other devices.
- Account details, if you sign in. Sign in with Apple gives us an anonymous account identifier. We do not receive your Apple password, and we do not store your email address. You can add a display name.
- Friends groups, if you join one. Members of a group can see your display name, your open tickets and your win-loss record. Dollar amounts are never shared with a group.
- Slip photos, if you use Scan slip. The image is sent to our server and read by an automated model hosted by Cloudflare to pull out the legs. The image is not saved after it is read.
- Alert settings, if you turn alerts on. A notification address for your device and the tickets you asked to be alerted about.
- Shared ticket codes. When you share a ticket, its legs are stored under a short code so the person you send it to can open it.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not collect your location, contacts or payment details.
Who processes it
The service runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data described above on our behalf. Notifications are delivered through Apple's and your browser's push services. Scores and statistics are loaded from third-party sports data feeds; those requests carry no account information.
Keeping and deleting
Account data is kept until you delete it. To delete your account and everything stored with it, open the account screen and choose Delete account. Tickets saved only on a device are removed by clearing them in the app or deleting the app. Shared ticket codes and device link codes expire on their own.
Age
Parlay Board is for adults of legal betting age where they live. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
